The problem

Licences, medicals, type ratings, recurrent checks and airport qualifications are usually tracked in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. When something lapses, it is found by an inspector or — worse — after the flight.

How BXI solves it

BXI stores crew certifications as typed records with validity dates and attached files. Expiring items trigger email reminders a configurable number of days in advance, appear on the OCC Dashboard, and are visible to the crew member in BXI Mobile.
