Even for a small fleet, an airline must manage multiple operational aspects, including flight planning, crew scheduling, handling requests, fuel monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Without a centralized system, these tasks are often handled on separate platforms, leading to errors, inefficiencies, and the risk of losing critical data.
BXI provides an integrated solution that allows you to control all operations from a single platform, improving visibility and collaboration between departments.
The office, the crew and the aircraft work on the same data — so a change made anywhere is seen everywhere. And with Air Peer Support, your crews have a confidential place to ask for help.
The operations platform for OCC, sales, crew planning, technical, accounting and management.
The crew app for pilots and cabin crew, included with BXI Platform.
An electronic aircraft technical log for pilots and maintenance, built to work offline.
The confidential channel for your crew peer-support programme under EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.215.

In aviation, compliance and safety are not just regulatory requirements but essential operational needs. Even small operators must keep their crews within EASA Flight Time Limitations (ORO.FTL), track every licence, rating and check, and manage deferred defects and airport risk.
BXI checks crew duties against your FTL scheme as you plan, warns before certifications expire, tracks MEL deferrals and commander's discretion, and produces safety performance indicators and the quarterly mandatory report from live data.
Fuel is one of the largest operational costs for any airline, yet in many small fleets requests, price lists and invoices are still handled by email and spreadsheet.
BXI sends fuel requests from the flight, imports supplier price lists to compare cost per supplier at each airport, matches supplier invoices to flights and uplift, and produces fuel, ReFuelEU and EU ETS reports from the same data.
BXI connects to the services small-fleet operators rely on every day — and exposes a REST API and signed webhooks for everything else.
BXI simplifies operations, letting you manage all your company's activities and procedures from a single platform.

Crew get every change on BXI Mobile, and the BXI eATL iPad tech log sends signed pages back to the office.BXI implements EASA ORO.FTL and CS FTL.1 logic — FDP, rest, cumulative duty and block hours, extensions and split duty — with parameters you configure to match your approved scheme. Every roster change is logged with author and timestamp.
BXI Platform is the web application for the office. BXI Mobile, the crew app for iOS and Android, is included and uses the same data. BXI eATL, the iPad electronic tech log, is currently offered through an early-access programme — ask us if you would like to take part.
Air Peer Support is the BXI ecosystem app for crew peer-support programmes required by EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.215. Pilots and cabin crew sign in with an account issued by their airline and talk — by name or anonymously — to a trained peer or to the psychologist appointed by the operator. It is a separate product: it can be adopted with BXI Platform or on its own. More at airpeersupport.com.
It depends on your fleet and the data you bring. We run a structured onboarding: we migrate your crew records, aircraft, airports and schedules, configure FTL parameters, roles and templates, and train your team.
Each operator runs on its own BXI instance. Future Multimedia S.r.l., an Italian company, acts as data processor under the GDPR on behalf of your airline. Contact us for details on hosting and our data processing agreement.
BXI connects to TailLog, AvioWiki, Avinode Schedaero, PnrGO, AeroCRS and Air Support PPS, and imports price lists and invoices from Air BP, AEG Fuels, World Fuel Services and Jetex. A REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks are available for further integrations.
Pricing is per aircraft per month. Contact our sales team for a quote tailored to your fleet size and the modules you need.
