BXI's OCC Dashboard brings today's flights, fleet status, FTL alerts, open tech log pages, delays and expiring documents into one live view — with a videowall mode for the ops room.
In a small operator the duty ops controller is also the person answering the phone, chasing the handler and checking the crew's rest. The information they need lives in five places: the schedule, the roster, the tech log, the email inbox and a whiteboard.
When something slips — a delayed departure, a crew member about to exceed a limit, a medical that expires next week — it is usually found late, by accident.
The OCC Dashboard is the starting page for operations staff. It reads the same flight, crew and technical data the rest of BXI uses, so it is always current and never needs to be updated by hand.
A dedicated videowall page shows today's flights and permanent notes on a large screen in the ops room, and handover notes make the shift change explicit instead of verbal.
Shift start becomes a two-minute read instead of a round of phone calls. The outgoing controller writes the handover in BXI, the incoming one sees it next to the live picture of the day.
The dashboard aggregates Flight Planning, Crew Scheduling, FTL, Technical (ATL & MEL) and Certifications. Every tile links back to the record it comes from, so the dashboard is a way in, not another place to maintain.
